Self-awareness and mindfulness had grown loud and salesy. We wanted the opposite: a calm room, plain language, and practices small enough to keep.
Est. 2016
Vellamore Studio opened in 2016 as a single quiet room and a simple belief: good wellbeing guidance should be clear, honest and easy to return to. No retreats to book, no transformation to buy. Just attention, paid on purpose.
Most of what we do is unglamorous. We help people notice their patterns, breathe a little better under pressure, and find the next small step when daily life feels heavy. We write it all down so anyone can use it, free.
We are deliberately small. That is not a limitation we apologise for. It is the whole point.
Answer first, plain language, no padding.
Less, done with care, beats more done loudly.
Usable by everyone, verified to AA.
We return to the work and keep it current.
The method
Every piece of guidance starts the same way: we research it properly, then we cut it back until only the useful part remains. The answer goes first. The practice stays small. The language stays plain.
Because topics change, we return to the work and keep it current. What you read here reflects how things genuinely are now, not how they were when we first wrote them.

Dario teaches the foundations programme. He is happiest paring a practice back until only the useful part remains.
Noor keeps the studio genuinely usable and answers every message. If you write to us, a real person reads it and replies.
There is no obligation in a first conversation. Tell us where you are and we will take it from there.
