    We suggest a single, specific thing to try. Nothing overwhelming, nothing you cannot fit into a normal day.

Questions, answered plainly.

Is Vellamore a clinic or a therapy service?
No. We are a wellbeing studio offering reflective practice, mindfulness foundations and practical living-well guidance. We are not a substitute for medical or psychological care, and we will happily point you toward it when that is the right step.
How do sessions usually begin?
With a short, no-pressure conversation. You tell us a little about where you are, we suggest one small practice to start, and we go from there at a pace that suits you.
Can I just read, without booking anything?
Absolutely. The Journal is free and always will be. Many people start there and only reach out later, if at all.
How do I get in touch?
